This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 600000 (ie INR 3-6 LPA)

Location: Gurgaon

JobType: full-time

We are seeking a Finance & Compliance Executive to support cross-functional teams including CA, CS, and HR in managing financial operations, regulatory compliance, investor documentation, and due diligence processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of finance and legal operations in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: Finance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Track bills, purchases, company assets, and inventory.
Assist in the preparation of monthly MIS reports, financial statements, and audit documentation.
Provide support during monthly financial due diligence.
Coordinate with the CA on GST, TDS, PF, and insurance-related filings.

Compliance & Company Secretary Support:

Keep records of Board Resolutions, Board Meetings, AGMs, and EGMs.
Organize and maintain legal, regulatory, and statutory documentation.
Assist in ensuring timely filings and compliance with ROC and other legal requirements.
Maintain contracts, NDAs, and other key agreements.

Reporting & Due Diligence:

Help prepare investor-ready reports and compliance documents.
Support financial and legal due diligence activities.
Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and properly archived (digital and physical).

HR & Administrative Coordination:

Maintain payroll and employee documentation.
Work closely with HR for internal audits and process coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Prior experience in finance, compliance, or administrative support roles.
Familiarity with Tally , MS Excel , and basic accounting tools.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.
