Finance Associate

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking an Associate to work with the Finance practice group in the Atlanta or New York office locations. We are looking to add a team member with 2-4 years of experience working in secured and unsecured commercial lending and structured finance. We cultivate exceptional attorneys across all levels by providing them with the tools and experiences needed to build successful careers. The attorney will join a practice that provides advice to a broad range of clients, including lenders and borrowers from industry leading banks and companies. This position also provides a significant opportunity for a varied practice across a number of industries including telecommunications, media, automobile, water, timber, and agribusiness. Two to four years of relevant law firm experience. Experience related to senior, second lien and subordinated financings; workouts and restructurings; working capital and leveraged acquisition financings; accounts receivable financings; single-currency and multicurrency, domestic and cross-border financings; equipment financings; project finance; lines of credit; letter of credit transactions; securitization; and/or loan syndications and participations.
