MSR-FSR is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Training Instructor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement technical training programs for employees.
  • Facilitate classroom sessions and hands-on workshops to enhance learning.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training attendance, completion, and certifications.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training material is relevant and up-to-date.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into training.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to participants following training completion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in technical training or instructional design.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes related to our industry.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners with diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional technology.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
