Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative

You will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted strategies to increase sales in your assigned territory. • Prospect and generate new sales leads through fieldwork, networking, and community engagement.
• Conduct in-home presentations and consultations with prospective buyers to introduce Perry Homes' offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop territory plans and sales strategies.
• Attend industry events and community functions to promote Perry Homes and enhance brand recognition.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and administration as required by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in outside or field sales.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and demonstrate effective sales strategies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and should be comfortable using CRM software for tracking sales activities.
