Responsibilities
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the insurance market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients through networking events and meetings.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and initiatives.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and develop strategies for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales or outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
