In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, guiding and mentoring a group of dedicated sales representatives and appointment setters.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and nurture a cheerful and high-energy sales team to hit and surpass our goals.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies that help our team shine and connect with customers.
• Get out in the field with your team, providing hands-on coaching and support to uplift their performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to find exciting new opportunities for growth.
• Foster a positive, fun, and collaborative environment where ideas flow freely and everyone feels valued.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• A proven background in sales management, with a flair for leadership.
• A knack for motivating and inspiring others with your positive attitude.
• Fantastic communication skills, making it easy to connect with your team and clients.
• The ability to think strategically and analyze sales performance effectively.
• A valid Driver's License and a willingness to travel to meet your team and customers.
