Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and Coordinate with the deployment team to install Astrome Technologies products at the client location.
Collaborate with the client's field team to integrate our device with the client's networking device.
You will be responsible for working with the software & hardware team to resolve the reported issues.
Train field technicians on the device installation at the customer site.
Deploy test devices at our test facility.
Coordinate with the internal & client team in adhering to the timelines.
Create and/or Improve SOP related to deployments.
Roles will be split between office and regular offsite work.

Requirements

Should have basic field related knowledge of electrical, mechanical & networking.
Should have worked in the field while adhering to safety standards.
Should train and support deployment contractors.
Good communication skills oral and written is preferred.
Should have knowledge on Issue documentation, Field report submission.
Having knowledge on multiple languages is preferred.
