What You'll Do:
- Assist installers and technicians with job site setup and cleanup
- Carry and load materials, tools, and equipment
- Help with basic tasks related to windows, doors, and bathroom remodeling projects
- Run errands, pick up supplies, and help keep job sites organized
- Learn the trade and grow your skills through hands-on experience
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable and hardworking with a willingness to learn
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors and indoors in varying conditions
- Basic knowledge of tools is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to follow directions
