The Citrus Heights District Office is looking for a motivated, driven sales professional to join our thriving team. The Agent/Agent Trainee position is entry level and no experience is required, however some industry experience is preferred! Candidates must be licensed or able to become licensed within 30 days. As an Agent/Agent Trainee you will be mentored by an experienced agent and will train with the district training team. Our team will give you the help and support you need to learn the business and achieve success in the industry.

Farmers now provides insurance for home, auto, business, recreational, life and financial services to more than 10 million households, generating approximately $20 billion in annual written premium.
Requirements
You will have great success if you can:
- Must pass background check
- Hold active CA insurance license or willing to obtain (we will help you through this process!)
- Sell and service products that all people need
- Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
- Ability to overcome objections and ask better questions
- Committed to personal development
- Goal oriented and success driven
- Previous Sales, Marketing, Business and/or Networking experience is a plus!
- Be ethical and have the ability to take direction
