Family Law Attorney

Borton Petrini, LLP, seeks a hardworking and personable family law attorney with a minimum of five years experience for an associate opening with the potential of achieving partnership status. We have openings in Los Angeles, San Bernardino/Redlands, Bakersfield, Fresno, Sacramento, San Jose and San Rafael. The ideal candidates will have proven family law litigation skills including managing assigned caseload, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, arbitrations and mediations, and tracking billable time. Candidates will also possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be a highly motivated professional that can take initiative, and work independently as well as within a team. Compensation and bonuses are commensurate with experience and effort. Partnership opportunities are available. California Bar membership required. Portable Business is also required.
