Facilities Account Manager

This is not a remote position

City Wide is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to be the day to day, one point of contact for the commercial properties where we provide janitorial and other building maintenance services. The Facility Solutions Manager is responsible for the business operations of an assigned client portfolio and provides field support including:

• Retaining and growing current client portfolio (Company retention goal of 92% per year)
• Guidance with starting new clients
• Inspections of Independent Contractor (IC) performance and compliance with client requirements
• Trouble-shooting customer request/complaints
• Coordinating site visits
• Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and Independent Contractors.

Additional Responsibilities Include

• Negotiating contracts
• Procuring supplies for clients
• Ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to a defined scope of work
• Growing existing contracts with additional services (upsells).
• Participating in the process of recruiting Independent Contractors (ICs)

• The use of a personal vehicle is required for this role to support job-related travel (a mileage reimbursement of $500 per month will be provided to offset travel expenses).
• Account management experience in Building Maintenance Services with upselling experience
• Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client records and tasks (training provided, if necessary)
• Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
• Undergraduate Degree (Business or related field) is preferred.
• Effective leader and problem solver
• Creative and resourceful
• Ability to multi-task
• Communicates in a professional, direct style

Physical Demands

The physical demands are representative of requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Constant sitting, bending, standing, and walking. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

• $69,000 - $75,000/year, plus retention bonuses and commissions on upselling services to clients
