We are looking for a smart, driven External Recruitment Manager with exemplary critical thinking skills to lead our recruitment efforts for clients and ensure the attraction and selection of top talent. In this role, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and culture.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates? qualifications.

Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and client feedback.

Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Requirements

To be qualified to work at Phamily in this role, you will have:

Growth company DNA as described above.

Proven success in recruitment, with a track record of consistently delivering on client hiring goals through effective sourcing and screening strategies.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

The ability to work successfully and lead a remote-based team,

a willingness to travel for client meetings and offsites as needed.

Experience in talent acquisition within the SaaS or healthcare sectors. The ideal candidate will have startup experience in a variety of different spaces.
