• Coordinate and facilitate all export shipments and logistics activities.
• Prepare and manage all necessary export documentation including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to streamline shipping processes.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise during transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory levels for accounting and reporting purposes.
• Develop strategies for optimizing logistics costs and improving delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in export and logistics management, preferably in the electronics industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
