Carrier is seeking an Experiential Marketing Specialist to join our team at the Carrier World Headquarters. Reporting to the Associate Director of Experiential Marketing, this role will support the planning and execution of impactful events and experiences that showcase the Carrier brand. The Experiential Marketing Specialist will focus on creating engaging, seamless, and memorable experiences at meetings, events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations.

About this role:

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has experience in event planning and execution. This individual will assist in coordinating logistics, vendor management, and event branding, ensuring that all aspects of events are carried out efficiently and in alignment with Carrier's marketing goals. The role will provide support across a variety of experiential marketing efforts, helping to create exceptional, on-brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, execution, and on-site coordination of events, including corporate meetings, trade shows, sponsorships, and customer-facing experiences.

Support the development and implementation of event strategies that align with corporate goals and marketing objectives.

Help manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor coordination, venue selection, branding, and attendee engagement.

Support the creation of repeatable processes, templates, and best practices to optimize event programs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align events with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of events, gather data, and suggest improvements.

Contribute creative ideas to enhance event concepts and elevate the Carrier brand.

Ensure events are executed smoothly, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Coordinate vendor relationships and assist in contract management and deliverables.

Stay informed on trends in experiential marketing and event planning, incorporating best practices into event execution.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

2 + years in Marketing and Communications experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience planning and executing events, trade shows, and brand activations (3+ years preferred).

Strong knowledge of event logistics, vendor coordination, and contract management.

Proficiency in event management software and tools.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners effectively.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to support event development and execution.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools.
