The Executive Assistant for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing administrative support to multiple executives including project work, site-based support activity, complex calendar management, and domestic/international travel.

You will be a part of the Clinical Chemistry Immunoassay (CCIA) team, reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Clinical Chemistry Immunoassay.

This position is part of the team based in Chaska, Minnesota with remote support to executives outside of Minnesota. The role will be onsite in Chaska.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Complete a variety of administrative tasks for multiple executives, including managing extremely active calendars; completing expense reports and purchase orders; composing and preparing correspondence that is often confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel domestically and internationally, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.

Lead the immersion planning process for all executive level onboarding, which includes identifying, scheduling, planning and executing a variety of meetings, trainings and other various critical activities, that ensures the successful integration of executives.

Provide a bridge for smooth communication between executives and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

Communicate directly and as needed on behalf of the executives.

Manage and coordinate events and executive meetings, from recurring staff meetings, internal/external customer groups and other meetings as needed. Provide project management, budget management, logistics, IT coordination, and all other support required for these various events and meetings.

The essential requirements of the job include:

High School degree or equivalent with 5+ years senior executive level administrative experience.

Demonstrated experience exercising good judgement with high levels of confidential information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications including PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams and Excel including the ability to build pivot tables and other useful reporting analytics upon request.

It would be a plus if you have the following:

The hourly range for this role is $36.00 - $40.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
