EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Support

Advantage Home Care is seeking an EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Support specialist to join our team. As an EVV Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our caregivers and staff members in utilizing the EVV system effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing training and guidance on using the system, and ensuring compliance with EVV requirements. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of EVV systems and how they are used in the home care industry. Experience with supporting and troubleshooting technical issues is preferred.
