We're looking for a creative and detail-obsessed Corporate Event Planner who loves to bring visions to life, from brainstorming the big ideas to the last goodbyes. What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be:

• Developing event concepts from the ground up and turning them into exceptional experiences.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to transform production projects into new service opportunities.
• Staying ahead of the curve with trends in event design, production, and best practices.
• Coordinating logisticsfrom scouting venues to managing contracts and budgets.
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
• Planning everything from venue setup and catering to marketing materials, entertainment, and travel logistics.
• Managing on-site logistics, troubleshooting any hiccups, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Building and maintaining a rockstar network of industry contacts, vendors, and venues.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We?d love to meet you if you:

• Have proven experience in event planning, meeting production, or coordination.
• Are a great communicator who can build positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Love juggling multiple tasks and can stay cool under pressure.
• Have a knack for attention to detail and are a pro at time management.
• Are a self-starter who can work solo but also lead teams when needed.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in marketing, PR, or related fields.
• Are open to domestic or international travel.
• Have a network of industry contacts or a passion for finding the best venues and vendors.

We are a national event production company, with our sole office proudly based in our hometown of Northwest Arkansas. We make flawless production scalable, serving event planners on their biggest days of their year by managing production. We support non-profits, agencies, Fortune 500 companies and educational clients for over one hundred of their events each year. We believe no message should be distracted by technical difficulties.
