At Joyce Windows, Sunrooms and Baths, we believe home improvement should be excitingand so should your career. We're looking for a high-energy, outgoing Event Marketing Manager to lead our events team and bring our brand to life at home shows, senior expos, community festivals, and beyond.

If you're part ringmaster, part team coach, and part logistics wizard, you'll fit right in.

• Own the event calendar Plan, book, and manage a year-round lineup of events that put us face-to-face with future customers.
• Lead an awesome team Recruit, train, and coach event reps so they're confident, energized, and ready to shine.
• Hit the numbers Turn events into high-quality leads for our sales team. Set goals, measure performance, and keep raising the bar.
• Keep it tight Track budgets, manage logistics, and keep events running smooth as vinyl windows on a summer breeze.
• Collaborate Work across departments to make sure our event experience matches the Joyce brandclear, polished, and full of value.

Requirements

• 23 years in event marketing, field marketing, or promotional events (bonus if it's in home improvement, retail, or B2C).
• A passion for people and a positive attitude that's infectious.
• Confidence leading a team and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
• Strong organizational and communication skillsyou're as comfortable with a clipboard as you are with a crowd.
• Familiarity with event ROI tracking, lead gen metrics, and CRM tools like Salesforce.
