Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our engagement is to merge two ServiceNow instances into a new third instance due to a recent merger and acqusition. We are starting the enagagement with needing resources skilled in the follow modules/platforms.

1. CMDB/Discovery

2. Ldap/Access Setups/AD etc

3. Demand/Agile

4. Service Catalog / Portal

5. Event Management

6. ITSM

Requirement:

o Implement and configure ServiceNow Event Management solutions to meet business requirements.

o Monitor and manage event data from various sources to ensure timely and accurate incident detection and resolution.

o Develop and maintain event management policies, procedures, and documentation.

o Collaborate with IT operations and other stakeholders to integrate event management with other ITSM processes.

o Analyze event data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, providing recommendations for improvement.

o Ensure the reliability and performance of the ServiceNow Event Management module.

o Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on event management processes and tools.
