Estate Planning Attorney

Varnum LLP seeks to hire an attorney to join the Estate Planning Practice Team in our Naples, FL office. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of law firm experience and expertise in estate planning matters. The candidate will have considerable experience representing high net-worth individuals, providing sophisticated legal advice relating to estate planning, tax and transfer planning, and business succession planning, experience with trust and estate administration, and knowledge of general business and trust and estate planning matters. We are seeking an individual who has demonstrated business development experience, including a meaningful portable book of business with additional growth potential. The candidate must also have the demonstrated ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness; exceptional attention to detail; outstanding client service and business development skills; the ability to provide general oversight on projects assigned to junior attorneys; and excellent academic credentials. Admission to the Florida bar is required. Candidates not licensed to practice in Florida must be willing to become admitted to the Florida bar. The firm will provide relocation support to candidates interested in moving to Southwest Florida and reimburse expenses related to bar admission.
