The ideal candidate will have experience advising on matters involving federal environmental laws as well as experience or strong interest in matters involving state environmental regulatory programs, including but not limited to Minnesota and Wisconsin. Substantive experience in both environmental regulatory compliance and transactional matters is a plus. We will consider candidates interested in working in any of our offices or candidates desiring to work remotely, although candidates who would be based in our Minneapolis office are preferred. While not required, we are open to considering candidates who are currently partners at a law firm or who have full or partial portable books of business with availability to also support environmental regulatory matters in M&A transactions.
