Job Description


Foley & Lardner is seeking an associate with 2-3 years of relevant experience to join the Environmental Practice Group in our Milwaukee office. Qualified candidates will have experience in regulatory compliance matters under federal environmental laws and their state equivalents, as well as experience counseling clients regarding government enforcement proceedings and advising clients on various environmental aspects of corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging directly with senior partners and clients, and capable of managing multiple assignments for various partners concurrently within a collaborative, team-oriented setting. Success in this role requires a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. Exceptional research and writing abilities are essential. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Wisconsin Bar. Actual pay will be determined based on education, experience, internal pay equity at Foley, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
