Dynamic, distinguished environmental law group, recognized for its service in litigation, redevelopment (including Brownfields projects), real estate transactions, and regulatory and compliance, seeks a motivated, forward-thinking attorney to join its practice at Gibbons P.C., an established law firm headquartered in Newark, New Jersey, with additional offices in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington, DC, and Florida. We are looking for a senior associate, counsel, or junior partner with 6-10 years of experience in environmental law with respect to regulatory/compliance and/or litigation, as well as ISRA, site remediation, and due diligence experience. Candidates must be licensed in both New Jersey and New York, and the position will be based in the firm?s Newark office with the opportunity to split time with the firm?s New York office. Those with a portable business and/or the ability to generate new business will be highly considered. This opportunity is tailor-made for an attorney interested in working on significant, high-profile cleanup and litigation matters, some involving the region?s most prominent developments and waterways, for a sophisticated client base.
