Job Description

The Rachel West Farmers Insurance Agency is seeking a reliable and motivated representative to join our Agency on a part-time basis. Compensation is $9 an hour for Part Time, three days a week M-W 1-7PM Learn the Insurance Industry from a Solid, Award Winning Professional. Responsibilities:

Make phone calls to connect with potential clients
Strong phone presence with the ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively
Manage email communication and maintain accurate records
Stay organized and keep up with daily workflow in a timely manner
Produce accurate leads

Requirements

Able to work with multiple screens proficiently and with Auto Dialer System
Has professional phone skills, as well as communication skills
Proficiency in Typing, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work well with others
Must be able to pass and pay for a Background Check
Valid driver's license
Accept a drug test

Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 1:00 PM ? 7:00 PM Benefits
