Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and build long-term relationships with enterprise clients. This is a pivotal role for a sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new enterprise business opportunities across target markets and industries.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through market research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at mid to large-sized companies.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to demonstrate ROI and value proposition effectively.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals and performance metrics.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos to C-suite executives and business leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a strong market position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in enterprise or B2B sales, preferably in technology, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling techniques, solution-based sales, and value-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to C-level executives or enterprise procurement teams.
  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and multi-million-dollar deal management.
  • Knowledge of key account management and customer retention strategies.
