Enterprise Active Directory Architect

What does a successful Enterprise Active Directory Architect do?

At Fiserv, an Enterprise Active Directory Architect plays a critical role in designing, managing, and optimizing our Active Directory infrastructure. As part of our team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure secure and efficient directory services that support our large-scale, mission-critical applications. By aligning with our core values and mission, you will contribute to making financial services seamless, secure, and adaptable for our clients.

What you will do:

Design and implement robust Active Directory architectures to support enterprise-level applications.

Develop and enforce best practices, policies, and procedures for Active Directory infrastructure management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Active Directory services meet business needs and security standards.

Monitor and evaluate Active Directory performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Provide technical expertise and mentorship to team members on Active Directory-related projects and issues.

Assist in the development of the identity roadmap with other IAM architects and initiatives.

What you will need to have:

10+ years of experience in designing, implementing and managing Active Directory environments in enterprise settings.

7+ years of experience with Group Policy Object (GPO) design and configuration.

6+ years of experience in identity management, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and federation services (e.g., ADFS).

7+ years of experience in PowerShell scripting to automate Active Directory tasks.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

10+ years of experience in system administration with a focus on Windows Server environments.

8+ years of experience working with Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity solutions.

7+ years of experience in disaster recovery planning and implementation for Active Directory.

Certification in Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.

Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements related to directory services.

Important info about this role:

Per contractual obligations, must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a qualified United States Government security clearance, (e.g., US DOD Secret).

We're better together! This role is fully on-site with flexibility as needed.

There may be up to 15% of travel each year.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options or unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.

Salary Range:

$132,400.00-$175,500.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
