Job Description


The Senior Engineering Support Staff will provide advanced administrative and technical support for aircraft testing and evaluation projects, ensuring efficient operations and documentation management.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate administrative tasks related to test planning, documentation, and project management.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of Test and Evaluation Master Plans and other technical reports.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and action item tracking.
  • Support the preparation of briefings and presentations for program status updates.

Requirements

Required Experience :

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering support or project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance

Desired Experience :

  • Familiarity with aerospace engineering principles and military testing protocols.

Education :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
