Requirements

• Design and develop high-quality mobile applications from the ground up.
• Continuously stay updated with the latest trends in Android (and mobile) development and recommend improvements to elevate the product experience.
• Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable technology solutions.
• Work on a high-impact, disruptive product in its early stages, contributing significantly to its growth and evolution.
• Propose and implement extensible, high-level architecture and design solutions independently.
• Lead the development and maintenance of mobile applications across a broad range of Android devices.
• Mentor engineers, shape the technical culture, and help build and scale a high-performing team.

• Have 813 years of experience in software/product development.
• Have led and mentored engineering teams through the "0 to 1" or "1 to 10" stages of product development.
• Have successfully built and delivered complete features or entire applications from scratch to production.
• Are well-versed in mobile technologies, especially Android (Kotlin/Java), and familiar with iOS and cross-platform frameworks like Flutter/KMM.
• Possess deep expertise in system architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Excel in debugging, root cause analysis, and have strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
• Are experienced with multiple mobile architectures like MVVM, MVI, MVP, and MVC.
• Understand app security considerations, including ProGuard and obfuscation rules.
• Have a strong sense of product ownership and an understanding of how to align engineering work with product metrics and business outcomes.
• Can work well in agile environments, take initiative, and foster a collaborative team culture.
