Engineering Manager, Machine Learning

Lead the team to design, build, optimize e-commerce governance algorithm pipeline using NLP/CV/ML to detect and control risks in contents/creators/products/sellers in global markets
Build, expand and manage the global e-commerce governance algorithm team from scratch
Collaborate with strategy team, product managers, policy team and ops team to define products and drive initiatives from engineering viewpoints

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
7+ working experience in one of the following fields: machine learning , NLP and computer vision
Experience with software development in one or more programming languages
Experience in leading an engineering team
Experience in anti-fraud/anti-spam/platform-integrity or related fields is a big plus
Strong sense of responsibility and good at communication and teamwork
Passionate about solving complex and challenging problems

Bilingual prefer Mandarin and English
