Our unique two-year EMEA Graduate Program offers an amazing opportunity for you to develop your professionalism in the technical engineering industry and learn more about your leadership skills. The goal of the program is to provide you with the best possible support early in your career so that you can reach your full potential in your working life!

What you can expect

• Develop your expertise in Engineering, working at Manufacturing Plants, in Divisions and in support specialist functions
• Provide a first line of response to Engineering queries from internal and external contacts
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify problems that need resolving, seek to find solutions and make decisions in your area of responsibility
• Seek all learning opportunities and develop your knowledge and skills required for each of the roles and from people within your wider team
• Support the wider team in each placement and participate in lean and business improvement opportunities including High Performance Teams

Your ideal profile should include

• Master's degree in Engineering with specialisation in a relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Manufacturing)
• Process-driven, organised and disciplined approach
• Initiative and strong communication skills
• Geographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional development
• Fluent in local language and English
• First-hand experience in project management is a plus
