About the Role

As an Engagement Manager on our team focused on automating processes within a client's finance department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a successful project outcome. You'll be the primary point of contact for the client, leading the process of gathering detailed documentation of their current workflows and fostering a strong, collaborative relationship.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document existing finance department processes at the client site.
• Identify opportunities for automation using Advanced VBA scripting within Microsoft Excel.
• Develop, test, and deploy automated solutions using VBA macros and functions.
• Integrate automated processes with existing finance systems for data transfer (focusing on VBA capabilities for data manipulation and transfer).
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing VBA macros.
• Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and address compliance requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in VBA development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client relationship management, consulting, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in business process analysis or a strong understanding of financial processes is a plus.
• Experience using process documentation tools (e.g., flowcharts, screen recording software) is a plus.
• Ability to travel to the client site occasionally may be required.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
