Job Description

Candidate should have 6-8 2-5 years (classes 2017 2020 ? 2019) 2023) of litigation experience, with a strong background in preparing and handling condemnation litigation and associated issues. Experience should include handling discovery, pleadings, motions, hearings, and legal research. Knowledge of or experience with eminent domain law, electric utilities, the electric industry, the Public Utility Commission of Texas, or the Railroad Commission of Texas is a plus.
