Job Description

Hunton seeks an attorney with at least four years of bank finance experience to join the Transactions and Development practice group of the Energy and Infrastructure team in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate, project and other structured finance, including work on behalf of development finance institutions, with an emphasis on energy and infrastructure projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, demonstrate initiative and potential for leadership, and have the judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in Portuguese is not required but will be valued. Florida bar membership is preferred, and in any event, required within one year of joining the firm.
