Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are now hiring multiple positions for our mobile transitional care management HALO TCM .
We are seeking an experienced EMT professionals licensed in Texas for full or part-time positions. This position requires you to use your car to drive to patient locations and SNF and Home Health company headquarters under direct supervision of our medical director.
this position is a patient care and facility relationship role. As a mobile provider, candidate must demonstrate ability to work independently and productively while representing our company.
EMT professionals work in the product and service line Woundlocal and provides patient care performing conservative care and skin sweeps on patients with existing referral partners.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of EMT experience
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- Active state license in good standing
- Availability for 20-40 hours per week
- Team player, we really, REALLY mean this! This is a cornerstone of our culture

- Comfortable around computers, since you will be using one all the time
- High attention to detail, we are talking about patient lives here
- Punctual, dependable, and very organized with your schedule
