The Dallas office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to join our Employment Litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 5 or more years of employment litigation experience looking to take on important client-facing work right away and grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners. We are looking for the next team member to join our community, someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment, and has a growth mindset.
The ideal candidate must have trial and arbitration experience and be able to handle cases independently. Qualified candidates must have experience with litigation matters such as drafting and responding to pleadings, managing discovery, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations and trials. Additionally, candidates should have experience in discrimination cases and restrictive covenant issues. Successful candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
We know what factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients. This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service. Admission to the Texas Bar is required and a JD from an ABA accredited law school is required.
To apply, please upload a cover letter addressed to Attorney Recruiting; resume, a copy of your law school transcript, and a brief writing sample (10 pages max, not heavily edited by someone other than yourself).
