Job Description
Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of experience to work with its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation team within the Tax practice group in the Atlanta, Chicago, DC, or NY office locations. We are looking to add a team member to help our clients navigate their most challenging employee benefits issues, including executive compensation, retirement plans, health and welfare plans, ERISA, and M&A. The Associate will join a supportive practice that provides advice on the full spectrum of matters within the employee benefits field for plan sponsors and plan service providers. Two to four years of law firm experience. Experience providing advice for M&A transactions. Please note that we are not accepting submissions from search firms for this position at this time.
