Embedded Security Coordinator

Control Risks is currently looking for an experienced Security and CSR coordinator to support a key energy-sector client, based on-site in Barmer (Rajasthan), India.

Reporting to the Country Head of Security, key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy to ensure the Client's operations are conducted safely, prioritising the protection of employees, families, information, and assets.
• Evaluate all potential high risk scenariosin the operational region and devise preventive and mitigation plans for these risks.
• Manage on-going engagements with community representatives as well as senior CSR & Security teams in other organisations living & working in sites around Barmer where the client has operations
• Collaborate with direct and functional managers to conduct risk assessments.
• Analyse emerging risk trends and provide relevant insights and guidance to the Client.
• Perform risk assessments of company locations to ensure that current and future premises meet the highest standards of risk controls, enabling uninterrupted business operations in a safe and secure environment.

Requirements

• Native of Rajasthan and background of armed forces, law enforcement or para-military forces of India.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the security management industry or other physical security specialization.
• Proven expertise in handling of community relations and conflicts.
• Strong ability to focus on customer service and to build trust and rapport with people from all cultures and backgrounds.
• Strong English-language communication skills, both written and oral.

High School or equivalent
