Go Maverick Group has a client who has an immediate need for an entry-level Email & Social Media MarketingSpecialist. This is the ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone who is early in their career. The Email & Social Media Marketing Specialist is the engine behind boosting their brand presence and sparking real engagement. You'll lead execution across two high-impact channels?email (the primary growth driver) and social media. What You'll Own 1.??? Email & Lifecycle Marketing (50%) - Core Growth Channel

• Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns and automated flows across multiple brands (B2B + B2C)
• Own segmentation strategy to deliver relevant, high-performing communications
• Write compelling subject lines and content, and continuously A/B test to improve performance
• Manage the email calendar and ensure timely, accurate execution
• Leverage platforms such as Klaviyo and HubSpot to drive engagement and conversion

• Manage social channels across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• Develop and publish platform-native content designed to increase engagement and reach
• Monitor and engage with audiences to build a responsive, positive brand presence
• Contribute to social strategy and content planning across brand verticals

• Support integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and messaging across teams
• Ensure consistency in brand voice across all touchpoints

• Track and analyze campaign and channel performance
• Partner with E-Commerce and Marketing teams to identify insights and opportunities
• Continuously test, learn, and optimize to improve results

• Email campaigns consistently meet or exceed performance benchmarks
• Lifecycle flows and segmentation strategies are clearly defined and optimized
• Social engagement and content performance show measurable growth
• Campaign execution is streamlined and consistently on time

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience working inside ESPs like Klaviyo (bonus points!), MailChimp, or HubSpot ? your natural habitat is the ?Send Campaign? button.
• Proven ability to execute digital campaigns end-to-end.
• A strategic thinker who loves connecting dots and driving real results.
• You?ve got the analytics chops to read performance, spot trends, and tweak campaigns accordingly.
• Strong communication skills ? you write clearly, confidently, and with a strong sense of brand voice.
• A curious, experimental mindset ? you love learning, testing, and leveling up.
• Quick learner, self'starter, organized human who can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
• Confident interfacing professionally within all levels of the organization
• Experience with website or eCommerce platforms (Shopify a plus!)

• B2B or B2C eCommerce or CPG experience
• Familiarity with SEO and digital analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush)
• Experience with social video or content creation
• Exposure to merchandising or product marketing
