Email Outreach Assistant

The House of Mercier is on the lookout for a motivated Email Outreach Assistant to join our team remotely. This role offers you the chance to work from anywhere while playing a key part in our outreach efforts to connect with potential clients and partners. You will be responsible for assisting with the creation, distribution, and analysis of email campaigns designed to enhance our engagement and support our marketing objectives.

• Assist in developing effective email outreach strategies to engage our target audience.
• Create and proofread email content, ensuring a professional and impactful message.
• Manage email lists, segmenting contacts as needed to optimize outreach efforts.
• Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns, reporting metrics to the team.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for email campaigns and content.
• Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to continually improve outreach effectiveness.
• Support other marketing initiatives as needed to contribute to team goals.

Requirements

• Strong interest in email marketing and digital communications.
• Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms is a plus but not required.
• Basic analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data.
