• Organize, prioritize, and categorize incoming emails to enhance efficiency.

• Document frequently asked questions and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to develop best practices for managing customer emails.
• Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about our products and services.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all email communications.
