Job Description
The Email Deliverability Specialist will be responsible for ensuring high deliverability rates for email campaigns, analyzing deliverability metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize inbox placement and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics to identify issues and implement corrective measures.
- Manage sender reputation, including monitoring feedback loops, bounces, and spam complaints.
- Collaborate with the email marketing team to develop best practices for email sending, including list hygiene and segmentation.
- Conduct regular audits of email campaigns and infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Stay current with email deliverability trends, ISP behavior, and anti-spam regulations to inform strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or deliverability, with a focus on technical aspects.
- Strong understanding of email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Experience with email deliverability monitoring tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
