Job Description

The Email Deliverability Analyst will be responsible for assessing and improving the deliverability of email campaigns, using data analysis and best practices to enhance inbox placement rates and overall campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Analyze email deliverability metrics and report on performance trends to identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor sender reputation and track feedback loops, bounces, and spam complaints to maintain high deliverability rates.
Collaborate with the email marketing team to implement best practices in email list management and segmentation.
Conduct audits of email infrastructure to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Stay updated on email deliverability trends, technologies, and regulations to recommend proactive strategies.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in email marketing or deliverability analysis.
Strong understanding of email authentication methods (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to interpret deliverability metrics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for generating reports and discussing findings with the marketing team.
