Electrical Project Manager

As an Electrical Project Manager for our client, you will lead and oversee multiple electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and empower your project team to navigate challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience with healthcare projects is a big plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timelines and milestones are met
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets and optimize resource allocation
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards
• Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution among team members
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing electrical projects
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and utilities
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
