Electrical Mechanic

Cibo Vita, co-founded in 2009 by Emre Imamoglu and Ahmet Celik, is a producer of private-label health-conscious snacks, specifically dried fruit and nut blends, for nationwide supermarket distribution. We are seeking a talented Electrical Mechanic with a solid understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will be able to diagnose and resolve issues related to packaging machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in packaging machinery
• Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, motors, and mechanical components
• Conduct preventative maintenance on packaging equipment to ensure minimal downtime
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and machine manuals
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
• Communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are a plus

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Mechanic or similar role with mechanical and electrical expertise
• Strong understanding of packaging machinery and how to troubleshoot and repair it
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical mechanics (preferred)
