eCommerce Site Merchandise Project Manager

As an eCommerce Site Merchandise Project Manager for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:

• Executing online merchandising strategies to increase conversion, reduce bounce rates, and improve customer experience
• Supporting leave of absence coverage for team members, including maternity leave coverage through March 2026
• Coordinating execution with outsourced site merchandising partners for launches, promotions, and content updates
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (Site Experience, Marketing, Studio, Ops) to maintain accurate and prioritized content
• Utilizing analytics and reporting to inform merchandising decisions and identify opportunities
• Driving personalization and experimentation strategies in partnership with PMs and data teams
• Acting as the SEO lead for North America, owning site optimization efforts
• Creating and optimize customer journeys across the site; contribute to a global Site Merchandising Playbook
• Collaborating with UX and engineering teams to define new features and template improvements
• Implementing effective cross-sell and up-sell strategies to support full solution selling
• Delivering weekly and monthly business reviews, including site performance and ad hoc analysis

Requirements

You have:

• 3+ years of eCommerce site merchandising experience in a consumer or B2B setting.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute merchandising strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience with site usability, A/B testing, personalization, and site optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and hands-on experience executing SEO strategies.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills; confident using data to make decisions.
• Proven project management capabilities, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools and automation to drive efficiency and innovation in daily workflows.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.

The annual salary range for this role is: 80,000 - 90,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
