Qualifications:

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Radiology, or a related field.
• Licensure: Active New York State License.
• Certification: ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of stress echocardiography experience; medical background (EMT, CMA, Medical Assistant) is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in echocardiography equipment, vascular imaging, and diagnostic software.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret stress echocardiograms and vascular studies.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and physicians to analyze diagnostic results.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Educate patients on procedures and ensure comfort during testing.
• Document findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
