Job Description
We are seeking an experienced e-DAT staff lawyer to join our dynamic e-Discovery Analysis and Technology (e-DAT) practice group. Our ideal candidate will be located in Chicago, but we will also consider candidates interested in our Pittsburgh or Seattle offices. The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of substantive practice in litigation and eDiscovery, as well as experience working in Relativity One. This includes detailed, practical knowledge and experience facilitating and advising on all phases of the EDRM including data preservation, collection, review and production, drafting and negotiating search terms and ESI protocols, managing technology assisted review workflows and advising internal and external clients on discovery-related strategy. Strong persuasive writing abilities and oral communication skills, legal research and investigation skills are strongly preferred. Candidates must have an active membership with the Illinois, Pennsylvania or Washington State Bar Association. #LI-M Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
