As an E-Commerce Support Specialist, you will assist our customers with their online inquiries, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience with our luxury products.

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable support to customers regarding their e-commerce inquiries through email and live chat.
• Assist with order processing, product information, and general inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Document customer interactions accurately to ensure effective communication and service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Participate in training to develop your skills and product knowledge.
• Stay informed about our product offerings and e-commerce best practices.

Requirements
