Driver Recruiter

F2F Transport, LLC is an Owner Operator carrier that allows drivers to run their own business under F2F's trucking authority. Our drivers are our Business Partners, and we strive to treat them as such. Our Partners use a self-dispatch model, which allows them to be on the road as much or as little as they wish and in any market they prefer. We offer full office administrative services, and we are currently looking to add to our support team.

F2F Transport is seeking a candidate to fill a Recruiter position in their Chattanooga office. The primary function of this position will be supporting the Recruiting Department by handling new leads, vetting them against set company standards educating them about our model.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Managing and processing all new leads
• Prescreening leads in compliance with F2F Qualifications
• Managing records of engagement for all leads
• Engaging with the industry and prospects across online platforms to generate leads
• Developing relationships with leads and culturing a relationship leading to a hire
• Assisting staff and drivers in document collection and preparation prior to orientation

Requirements

• High School Diploma with some secondary education or experience in business, accounting, or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
