Division Order Analyst

Our client, a leading player in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Division Order Analyst to join their team. As a Division Order Analyst, you will be part of the Land Administration department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen analytical mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Division Order Analyst

Location: The Woodlands, TX

Pay Range:

$52.00-62.00 per hour

What's the Job?

Review and monitor well reports for the assigned geographic area.

Determine division of interests, calculate royalties, and ensure timely payment for complex transactions.

Perform deck set-up for operated, payout, and non-operated wells.

Analyze and interpret leases, division orders, contracts, and title documents.

Identify and resolve data integrity issues while maintaining ownership records.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree required for full-time consideration.

7+ years of relevant experience in division order maintenance.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn other computer applications.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of Quorum Land System/SAP is a plus.
